We are looking for an a technically experienced Project Manager who can lead multiple projects of varying scope and complexity with a hands-on approach and international exposure. Manage and lead EMC filter development projects in a matrix project organization
Lead projects throughout the entire project cycle from feasibility assessment, planning and design until industrialization
Set priorities, develop task lists and monitor progress towards achieving project goals, while ensuring alignment of project scope with business objectives and costs
Proactively identify and manage risks and consequently develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to ensure projects remain on plan
Assures project quality by using modern methodologies and tools
Actively and proactively support the product industrialization and the continuous product improvement process
Prepare and present project plans and regular updates to stakeholders and steering team
Engineering degree in electrical engineering or related field with additional project management certification (e.g. PMP/PMI)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
Familiarity with the organization of matrix projects
Experience in product development in the electrical industry (e.g. machine tools)
Know-how in the field of EMC filtering/business is an advantage
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude, good problem solving skills and a willingness to lead discussions to a practical solution
Ability to discuss technical details with engineers and build consensus between all parties involved
Confident in the English language (written and verbal)
